Description

The AT33xEN is a versatile cartridge that delivers warm full-bodied audio with excellent tracking and high-frequency control thanks to its 0.3 x 0.7 mil elliptical nude stylus on a duralumin tapered cantilever. Its advanced suspension system with piano wire enhances accuracy and mid-low range response while the composite body of zinc aluminum and high-rigidity polymer reduces resonance for balanced natural sound. The dual moving coil design with PCOCC coils ensures outstanding channel separation and smooth signal transmission supported by a neodymium magnet and permendur yoke for high efficiency and resolution.

Material DifferenceThe AT33xENs rigid duralumin pipe cantilever which tapers toward the elliptical stylus tip for improved response is linked with a firm suspension mechanism slightly lowering the dynamic compliance. Two independent PCOCC coils are positioned at the cantilevers fulcrum to ensure pure signal transmission for each channel.

Sound BodyEach AT33x Series cartridge body is constructed of three distinct materials die-cast zinc aluminum and high-rigidity polymer optimally arranged to reduce and disperse resonance across the cartridge body so that no frequency predominates during playback. Threaded holes are incorporated into the body for easy mounting.
